Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that any allergies or strong dislikes are reported to The Secret Menu before confirming the booking and making payment.
  2. The Secret Menu accepts no responsibility for any allergic reaction if the allergy is not made known to us in advance.
  3. The Secret Menu accepts no responsibility if a strong dislike or religious/personal belief  (Halal/Vegetarian, for example) is not made known to us in advance.  Booking guests should be aware of their own dislikes and beliefs/those of anyone in their party and, if it is strong enough a dislike/belief that eating an item would cause someone to not enjoy the experience/offence, they should not book.
  4. The Secret Menu dining experience will be a menu which all diners will be presented with - there are no alternative options/substitutes.
  5. Once a booking is agreed, payment should be made as notified in the booking e-mail - booking reservations will only be held for 24 hours, after which time your booking may be given to someone else.
  6. Payment should be made using the unique reference number which will be notified to you.
  7. Once payment is made, the booking is deemed confirmed - there will be no refunds, under any circumstances (for the avoidance of doubt, this also applies to any pre-booked drinks which may be offered at the time of booking) - unless 9, below, applies.
  8. Name changes may be accepted, at the discretion of The Secret Menu, and by no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the dining experience.  You must e-mail The Secret Menu and request this.
  9. If The Secret Menu has to cancel the dining experience you have booked on to, a FULL refund will be issued..  There will be no deductions for booking fees, etc.  The full amount you paid to reserve the number of spaces for your party will be refunded.
